Job Description:

  • Plan & develop sales scheme to enhance new car sales volume
  • Create sensitive Sales Plan & Forecast to HQ.
  • Manage and analyse vehicle sales information
  • Prepare monthly report and analyse sales data and results
  • Study customer behaviour and research market trend in automotive market
  • Create new sales opportunity to improve dealership network and sales performance
  • Coordinate with the product team regarding new product launch, provide business/sales advice from a professional perspective
  • Communicate with dealers and provide necessary information to realize new business promotions
  • Conduct market research on competitors, including their situation, feedbacks from dealers, and sales performance
  • Manage Sales policy and campaigns
  • Connection and contact for stock financing and retail financing
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, prepare and manage Sales operation plan and budgets
  • Support and manage sales operation team

Experience and Preferred requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related
  • Sense of honesty, responsibility, and can do spirit
  • Planning and Strong Analysis Skills
  • Driving license will be a plus
  • Computer literate
  • Fluency in English and Italian is a must
